Regional planning is carried out on a thematic basis which is adapted to a functional approach, theoretical approach and pragmatic approach to produce appropriate regional planning, including contextual suitability, functional suitability, financial suitability, ecological suitability and technical planning suitability. Several Masterplan activities that have been carried out focus on structuring tourist areas with an area of between 1 hectare to 50 hectares.
